Patients online at home

Making your life easier

The internet is becoming the main way of carrying out so many everyday activities. It's a new way of life and its vital that no resident is left behind by changes in technology.

New Skills

The internet should make everybody's lives easier but sometimes it may not seem that way as we all have to learn new skills. Southwark want to make support for everyone, freely available through community action.

Community

Our digital champions are volunteers who live and work in the borough. They are local people who want to help make sure that no resident is left offline. From installing a SIM card to downloading an app, they can help!

Libraries

Did you know that you can also get help using the internet in your local library?

Southwark offers free use of computers, tablets as well as support with learning. You can even borrow an internet router.

Digital hubs

You can also get help in one of our digital hubs. These are free community spaces offered by local organisations and groups in the borough.
